1/2 Pint “Hot” Pepper Jelly

Fresh locally grown bell peppers are used to create these wildly delicious pepper jellies.  Some have a hint of heat.  Some have extra heat (aka “Hot”).   Current inventory includes red and green bell pepper jelly with and without extra heat.

Pepper jelly makes wonderful appetizers on crackers, French bread, baguettes, other vegetables.  Serve over cream cheese.  It also enhances the flavor of any roast beef or pork and is great for making pulled meat for sandwiches.  You’ll love the jelly as a glaze on chicken wings.
